Our portfolio company PsiQuantum has successfully closed a $1 billion Series E funding round. The new funding round will fuel PsiQuantum's mission to build and deploy the world’s first useful quantum computers.
imec.xpand invested in PsiQuantum in 2019 when the company was still in stealth mode. Since then, the company has achieved major breakthroughs in its path to build million-qubit, fault-tolerant quantum computers.
Alongside the new investment round, PsiQuantum also announced a new strategic collaboration with NVIDIA to explore work across the entire quantum computing stack.
